What information we collect
When you enquire or ask for a quote
Your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, the type of event and anything else you choose to tell us in your message.
When you book with us
The details above plus your billing address, the services you have booked, payment records and any notes about access, timings or set-up at your venue. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Photos and videos from our booths
Our photo booths, 360 booths, selfie mirrors and audio guest books capture images, videos and recordings of guests. These are delivered to the event host and guests through prints, an online gallery, email or a QR code. See the photo booth section below for more detail.
When you use our website
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use and roughly where you are (town or region, not your exact location). This is collected by Google Analytics. See our cookie policy.
When you contact us in other ways
If you phone, email or message us on social media, we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you and refer back to it.

Photo booth images and recordings
Images, videos and audio messages taken at an event belong to the moment, not to us. We use them to deliver your prints, gallery and files. Galleries are shared with the event host, who may share the link with guests.
We will only use event photos on our website or social media where we have permission to do so. If you appear in a photo we have published and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
Online galleries and files are kept for a limited time after your event and then deleted. Please download anything you want to keep.
